Analysing server logs requires first of all changing the numeric internet node numbers into domain names. httpd-analyse.c is a program to do that. Feed the results through awk and grep of your choice!
The Webalizer is a fast, free web server log file analysis program. It produces highly detailed, easily configurable usage reports in HTML format, for easy viewing with a standard web browser.
WebLog is a collection of Python modules and classes that parse and manipulate Web and Proxy logfiles, optimized for speed, ease of use and accuracy. If you've ever wanted to roll your own Web log analyser, this is the way to do it. WebLog currently supports the Common logfile format, the Combined (extended) logfile format and the Squid 1.1 access logfile format. Also included are classes to clean, limit, look up hostnames, combine and parse the output of the parsing classes. Several working demonstrations are included as well.

Calamaris parses the Squid Native Log and generates reports about Peak-usage, Request-Methods, Status-report of incoming and outgoing requests, second and Top-level destinations, content-types and performance.
http-analyze is a log analyzer for web servers. It analyzes the logfile of a web server and creates a comprehensive summary report from the information found there. http-analyze has been optimized to process large logfiles as fast as possible. http-analyze can be used with any web server supporting the Common Logfile Format (CLF) or one of the two widely used Extended Logfile Formats (DLF/ELF) such as the Netscape servers, the Apache server, and many other NCSA-style servers. The analyzer recognizes HTTP/1.1 server responses as well as the new CORE top-level-domains. The analyzer comes in source form and therefore can be compiled on many platforms which have an »ANSI-C« compiler. Binary distributions are available for certain platforms such as IRIX, Solaris, Linux, and Windows NT
Squij analyses Squid 1.x and 2.x logfiles to provide information about how your refresh_patterns are performing, enabling you to tune them for better efficiency (both in traffic and freshness).
page-stats.pl will examine the acceslog of a http daemon and search it for occurrences of certain references. These references are then counted and put into a HTML file that is ready to be displayed to the outside world as a "Page Statistics" page. Each page can be selected from the statistics page.
